Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances, provided that My Digital Dressage is suitably satisfied that cancellation is necessary due to injury of horse or rider or other reasons. Disagreements over judging scores will not result in refunds, and refunds will not be issued once a video has been submitted.

Should My Digital Shows Limited find it necessary to cancel an event then a full refund will be given.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
